How to Unlock Bodhi Sea

Track Bodhi Sea near the Halo Peak in Sundara Land. This will lead you down the crater near the center of Sundara Land.
Bodhi Sea Walkthrough
1. Find the Source of the Drum Strikes

 Beat the Drums |
Approach and strike the three drums around the area, you can figure out its location by following the sound. Every drum will have a group of enemy guarding it, If you have Veil of Stillness you can sneak up on enemies to defeat them. During this quest lightness skills are restricted so you wont be able to double jumb or fly.
Be careful of travelling through the swamp since Crocodiles will attack you if you stick around too long. After defeating all the enemies and ringing the drums go to Zhang Yinmang in the center temple.
2. Inspect the Illusions
After fainting, inspect the illusions along the path. This will be a slow progress since you will be restricted from sprinting.
3. Defeat Ye Wanshan
Once you reach the open area aproach the illusion of General Ye Wanshan to trigger the boss fight. He will be stunned whenever you parry his strikes. Capitalize this to defeat him.

Ye Wanshan is a boss fought during the Bodhi Sea Quest. Ye Wanshan's attacks can be easily telegraphed since he only attacks with his weapons. His red attacks always have a delay so make sure to time your deflects correctly to initate a counterattack and whittle down his Qi bar.
Once he reaches his 2nd phase, he will light his weapons with fire to initiate a yellow attack slam and throw his glaive towards you twice. We highly recommend to focus on dodging his yellow attacks as they are all unblockable.

These are all the rewards you can get by doing Bodhi Sea. The rewards listed above are the total earned as you progress through the quest and upon completing it.
Deflect the General's Attacks to Learn Flaming Meteor
After defeating Ye Wanshan in the campaign, this will unlock his challenge mode. This will make him a repeatable boss that you can challenge. Deflect the red attacks to fill the Familiarity Meter beside its life bar, getting this to 100% will give you the Flaming Meteor Mystic Skill.

Cosmetic Rewards Have a Random Chance of Appearing
You can earn the cosmetic rewards, but their low probability rate encourages you to grind the campaign until you receive the cosmetics. You are more likely to earn 1 Cosmetic Ticket from a Cosmetic Chest each time you clear the campaign.
If you accumulate 360 Cosmetic Tickets, you can buy the Blue Clouds Exclusive Appearance in the Season Shop.
