While on the menu, go to Settings, which is the fifth icon at the side of the screen.

Look for Other in the Top Category
Scroll the top category all the way to the right until you find Other.

Click on Exchange Code
Under Account Info, press on Exchange Code.

Input Redeem Code under Exchange Rewards
Input the redeem code under Exchange Rewards.

Redeem codes can be exchanged by going to the game's Settings. Afterwards, go to Other, then click on Exchange Codes. Type in your redeem codes to claim your rewards afterwards.
