Where Winds Meet has a daily reset timer and daily level cap which unlocks at 4 PM EST. Learn about the daily reset, which Solo Mode Level breakthroughs are unlocked on each day, and the player level cap for each day.

Countdown to daily reset

The daily reset occurs at 4:00 PM EST (9:00 PM UTC) as confirmed in the early access version of the game and the first 2 days of launch. If you encounter a different reset time, please share your region, platform, and in-game day count in the comments so we can improve our guide!

Daily Level Cap Unlocks

Day 5 (Lv5) 50
Day 9 (Lv6) 55
Day 18 (Lv7) 60

Starting on the day you first play the game (not the number of days since the game released), there will be a hard cap on the Solo Mode Level of your world.

This is significant as the main story cannot be progressed at some points if your Solo Mode Level is too low, effectively acting as a regularly occurring progression wall.

However, note that it's not mandatory to reach the level cap every day as the level cap will still increase daily even if you don't reach the max level.

You can check your Daily Level Cap via the Solo Mode Level menu.

  1. Click the Mode Switch icon at the top center of the HUD.
  2. Click the Solo Mode Level button on the righthand side.
  3. Check the Level Cap and unlock condition for the next Solo Mode Level. If you cannot unlock a higher Solo Mode Level until the next day, the Level Cap shown at is your Level Cap for today.
