| 4 | Increases the AoE radius of palm strikes in the standard branch by 60%. |
Tier 1 Mystic Arts can be upgraded to Rank 9, after which they can be promoted to Tier 2 Rank 0. Each Tier Promotion up to Tier 4 grants a bonus effect.
