How to Unlock Pill Worth a Fortune

Look for Tian Yunniang in the Impreial Medical Bureau

Pill Worth a Fortune Map Location
Region Kaifeng

To unlock the Wandering Tale Pill Worth a Fortune, Speak with Tian Yunniang in the Impreial Medical Bureau. Teleport to the Caomen Avenue Boundary Stone and take the path west. Enter the bulding in front of the palace at the main road. Yuniang will be in the rear garden between the Chen - Xu Hour.

Pill Worth a Fortune Walkthrough

Step Objectives

Objective 1
Speak with Yunniang in the Imperial Medical Bureau’s rear garden; she will ask for your help to speak with Doctor Shang and Squireling Wang to help her daughter.

Objective 2
Go past the arch where Yunniang is located and enter the building. Go up to the second floor and speak with Shang Lu on the balcony.

Objective 3
Choose Talk and select Tian Mao. He will ask for Withered Evodia to cure his illness. This herb is Dried Dogwood Berry. You can obtain it by gathering it from the bushes near the stairs of this building or by purchasing it from Hu Ni’er General Goods.

Deliver the Dried Dogwood Berry to Shang Lu; he will ask to meet you downstairs, where Squireling Wang is waiting with Li Lian.

Observe the conversation between Shang Lu and Squireling Wang. The price to cure the matriarch’s illness is Yunniang’s forgiveness. Follow as Squireling Wang kowtows to Yunniang and converse with her, choose a matter of pride.

Objective 6
Go back up the balcony and speak with Shang Lu, choose A matter of pride then answer with It's very Precious! to receive the medicine. Go back to Yunniang and give her the Custom Pills to end the quest.
