Gacha Systems Explained
Exchange Harmonic Cores at the Draw Shop
A Harmonic Core is a premium currency only available through pulls in the Celestial Echo gacha. This can be exchanged for various items in the Draw Shop, including weapon skins and full outfit sets.
1 Harmonic Core is guaranteed after spending over 131 Lingering Melodies in Celestial Echo.

Unlock a Variety of Cosmetic Items
The Where Winds Meet gacha system lets you unlock additional cosmetic items for your character. You can make draws using the in-game currency, Echo Jade, or by spending the premium currency, Echo Beads, which are purchased using real money.

You can also obtain a random talisman and restorative wound balms to aid in gameplay. These items are relatively minor, and you can progress through the game normally without using them.

The gacha system has three different types: Celestial Echo, Solemn Echo, and Echo. Celestial Echo pulls cost at least 1 Lingering Melody, which can be exchanged for 160 Pearls. Similarly, drawing in Echo requires at least 1 Resonating Melody, which also costs 160 Pearls.
Echo only appears when featuring time-limited events. It also drops Jade Pipas, which you can use to buy Cosmetics. On the other hand, Solemn Echo only requires Resonating Melodies, which can be exchanged for Echo Jades. 1 Resonating Melody costs 160 Echo Jades.
Max Bliss Points for Guarantee Items in Celestial Echo
In Celestial Echo, obtain 100% Bliss Points to guarantee the legendary reward featured in the gacha banner. Bliss Points get an increase of 20% after spending more than 131 Lingering Melodies. 1 Harmonic Core is granted to the player every 131 draws, so it will take about 655 draws and 5 Harmonic Cores for the guaranteed pull.
Weapon Skins Gacha System Explained
Spend Taiyi Stones for Full Weapon Skin
You can purchase the base appearance of a weapon skin in the Draw Shop for 1 Harmonic Stone, which you can obtain by expending over 131 Lingering Melodies in Celestial Echo. To unlock one of the multiple versions of the weapon skin, reforge this by filling up the meter with Taiyi Stones.
1 Taiyi Stone is available in the Shop for 200 Pearls and the Draw Shop for 45 Essence of Heaven. Each weapon part unlocked will reveal a randomized weapon appearance.

Spend Lingering Melodies in Celestial Echo
Appearance items, along with other rare Artifacts, can be collected by spending Lingering Melodies. To guarantee a Legendary reward, you will need to spend at least 150 Lingering Melodies. Otherwise, you can guarantee an Epic reward upon spending 10 Lingering Melodies. These draws will already include the Appearance items featured in the ongoing Cosmetic banner.
Spend Echo Jades at Solemn Echo
Pull for some Appearance items at Solemn Echo by spending the Echo Jades that you've accumulated during your exploration. A Legendary reward is guaranteed once you have spent 150 Resonating Melodies. Moreover, 10 Resonating Melodies will guarantee you with an Epic reward.
Take note that the high-rarity items that you may receive in Solemn Echo will not guarantee an Appearance item specifically and may pull a different type of item of similar rarity.
Spend Renascence Melodies at Echo
Echo only features time-limited event Cosmetic banners and is only active for a certain period of time before disappearing from the Draw tab. Spend Renascence Melodies to get limited Appearance items in exchange for Pearls.
Jade Pipas are also dropped whenever you draw from Echo. This a different type of currency that you can use to buy the featured limited Appearance items instead. However, Jade Pipas are also time-limited and will disappear once the Echo tab becomes inactive.
Is Where Winds Meet a Gacha Game?
Features a Gacha System for Cosmetics
Where Winds Meet's gacha system is only limited to cosmetic items and does not have any unfair advantages when it comes to combat or gameplay in general.
Cosmetics are simply used to change a character's appearance as well as alter skill visual effects, with some changes being more dramatic than others.
They're a great way to stand out among others, as a character fully decked out in cosmetics is more likely to stand out in a crowd during a co-op or multiplayer session.
