How to Unlock Anti-Fraud Ambassador
Eavesdrop on Dahu and Erniu

To unlock the Encounter Anti-Fraud Ambassador, find Dahu and Erniu northwest of the Nine Mortal Ways Base Boundary Stone and listen to their conversation to activate the Encounter.
Anti-Fraud Ambassador Walkthrough
| Step | Objectives |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Eavesdrop on Dahu and Erniu. |
| 2 |  Fast travel to Kaifeng Prefecture and talk to Leng Qing. |
| 3 |  Head to South Gate Avenue and talk to Tian Quan. You can choose any of the dialogue options to proceed the quest. |
| 4 |  Recruit Grandpa Zhang, Scholar Sun, and Shopkeeper Wang. You can choose any of the dialogue options to recruit them successfully. |
| 5 |  After recruiting all three, head to Tian Quan's location and listen to the anti-fraud lecture. Once the cutscene ends, talk to the NPC called Grandpa's Neighbor at the farthest seat behind Grandpa Zhang to progress the quest. |
| 6 |  Eavesdrop on the Nine Mortal Ways disciples to observe their reaction. |
| 7 |  Fast travel to East Cross Street in Kaifeng City and eavesdrop on Jia Xiaoqi. Talk to Shopkeeper He afterward. |
| 8 |  Fast travel back to Kaifeng Prefecture. Talk to Leng Qing at the table and take the anti-fraud test. The correct answers to the three questions are as follows: "Skilled Hero", "Question him and suggest going to the prefecture for confrontation", "We're broke! Clearance sale". |
| 9 |  Eavesdrop on the two Nine Mortal Ways disciples to complete the Encounter. |
