Successfully Observe the Goose Near Blissful Retreat

Beside the river on the path between Blissful Retreat and Heaven’s Pier in Qinghe, you will find a goose bullying a bear. Approach and observe the encounter from across the stream to trigger the Skill Theft mini‑game. Successfully completing it will allow you to learn the Honking Havoc Mystic Skill.

Tier 1 Mystic Arts can be upgraded to Rank 9, after which they can be promoted to Tier 2 Rank 0. Each Tier Promotion up to Tier 4 grants a bonus effect.
