How to Get Invigorated Warrior Inner Way
Defeat Heartseeker in the Still Shore Campaign

 Enter the well behind Evercare Clinic to begin the Still Shore Campaign, which is a pre-requisite for progressing the A Horse Neighs in the Forest main quest. |

 At the very end of the campaign, defeat Heartseeker to obtain the Invigorated Warrior tome. |
The Invigorated Warrior tome is a obtained by defeating Heartseeker as part of the Still Shore campaign. You are directed to the campaign by default in the A Horse Neighs in the Forest main quest.

| Increases all damage and healing done by 5%. This effect is disabled for 5 seconds after being hit. Taking a hit also grants a Cage effect, increasing all damage taken by 5%. | |
Invigorated Warrior is an Epic Internal Art that does not belong to any Path of Martial Arts and provide more general effect. This makes them perfect complimentary Internal Arts to get for a lot of builds.
Invigorated Warrior Breakthrough Tier Bonuses

| 2 | Increases Min Physical Attack based on Solo Mode Level. |
| 3 | The Heartbound effect is disabled for 5 seconds after hitting any attack. |
| 4 | Invigorated Warrior: Now increases all damage and healing 8%. |
| 5 | Increases Physical Penetration by 5.1. |
| 6 | While Invigorated Warrior is active, landing an attack applies a mark to the target; when attacked by a marked target, Returning Warrior's effect is no longer disabled. |
Upgrading Internal Arts increases their tier, allowing them to grant additional bonuses. These range from general stat improvements to enhancements of the passive effects provided by the Internal Art.
Use Internal Art Advance Items to Upgrade
To upgrade tiers, you must first reach Solo Mode Level 4, also referred to as Level 4 Roaming. Afterward, you'll need Invigorated Warrior: Notes, which can be obtained through various means, most notably through the Tips Exchange.
