Talk to Chou Yin at the Horse Rental Stable in Cross Wind Bazaar

To unlock the Rosewind Wandering Tale, talk to Chou Yin at the Horse Rental Stable in Crosswind.

Rosewind Walkthrough

Pick up the roses from the nearby rose bush that Chou Yin planted. It is located near the spot where Wen Huaian can be found watering them.

Objective 2
Return to Chou Yin and give him the roses to complete the Wandering Tale.
