Send Flirty Messages to Fan Qicha
You can get Fan Qicha location by sending flirty messages back and forth. When she mentions a map in the conversation, you can convince her to meet up with you. If successful, the quest will progress to allow you to meet up with her at the Nine Mortal Ways disciples' quarters.

How to Unlock Maiden
Press the Obtain Button on the Anti-Fraud Manual to Activate a Private Message with Fan Qicha

To unlock the Injustice Quest Maiden, open the Anti-Fraud Manual from the map and press the Obtain button below the Maiden column. This will automatically activate a private message from Fan Qicha.
Maiden Walkthrough
| Step | Objectives |

| 1 |  Once Fan Qicha has sent a private message, befriend her by sending flirty messages. The quest will progress if she agrees to meet up with you from across the Nine Mortal Ways disciples' quarters. |
| 2 |  Head northwest of the Nine Mortal Ways Base Boundary Stone and find the Woman in Pink. Talk to her to progress the quest. |
| 3 |  Head south from the Woman in Pink at the house to find the real Fan Qicha. Talk to him again to complete the Injustice Quest. |

These are all the rewards you can get by doing Maiden. The rewards listed above are the total earned as you progress through the quest and upon completing it.
Revered Friendship with Fan Qicha
Completing Maiden increases Fan Qicha's affection level to Revered. He will occasionally send gifts to you from the private message screen as a reward.
