Complete the Tale of Gold Leaves - Volume II
|
To unlock the Injustice quest The Watchful Eye, you need to first complete the Tale of Gold Leaves: Volume II quest. Then, head southwest of the Harmonic Span boundary stone to talk to Zhou Qiqi.

The Watchful Eye Walkthrough
| Step | Objectives |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Talk to Zhou Qiqi who is observing another thief in action again. |
| 2 |  Follow the thief without him noticing. Use Meridian Touch once the thief is close enough to his target to stop him from stealing. Talk to the thief and realize he's Tang Yue, the shopkeeper who experienced a theft last time. |
| 3 |  The conversation is interrupted when Tang Xiao'an, his son, asks where he's been. The quest ends after a talk with Tang Xiao'an, and with Tang Yue feeling remorseful. |
