Help Tu Er Find a Fireworks Seller
Tu Er is struggling to find ninety-nine fireworks, as he only found a few and his master demands more. Roleplay helping Tu Er find a fireworks seller and tell a location like near the entrance of Kaifeng City to befriend him.
Example of Successful Conversation
(frowning, rubbing his hands nervously)
W-Wanderer ... I-I'm in a real bind ... My
master wants ninety-nine red fireworks,
and I've only managed to find
nineteen ... Wh-what am I supposed to
do? |
 wait are you sure its nineteen? Maybe you just heard it wrong |
(looking puzzled, scratching his head) I-I'm certain, sir. My master was quite clear about it. He said nineteen, but he needs ninety-nine ... It's such a daunting task. Every shop in Kaifeng seems to have run out of red fireworks ... (sighing heavily) |

Note that AI conversations can be unpredictable and even with the same inputs, the same result is not necessarily guaranteed.
How to Succeed in AI Chat
Reset Dialogue When Stuck
If your conversation has gone off the rails, or doesn't end no matter what you say, it's best to simply reset and start anew from a clean slate by clicking the button with a Refresh icon at the top of the chat box. Instead of trying several methods within one conversation, trying one strategy at a time and refreshing if it doesn't go anywhere is generally more effective.
Return to Login Screen if Combat Begins
Sometimes, NPCs will suddenly become violent during AI dialogues. When this happens, it's best to just bail out to the login screen; when you return, the NPC will be found just as they were before the conversation started.
If you accidentally kill a dialogue-capable NPC, our experience has shown that they will respawn, but this has not been heavily tested, so it's best to simply avoid engaging them in combat.
Double-Check the Hint
Even if the NPC appears to be happy with the result of your discussion, this won't always end the dialogue. Double-checking the text written in the hint will imply the win condition, so try strategies which will lead the dialogue towards that result.
