Fan Qicha is an NPC you interact with in your private chat once you access the Nine Mortal Ways Base in Where Winds Meet. Flirt with Fan Qicha to befriend them and progress the Maiden Injustice quest.

How to Befriend Fan Qicha
Flirt Back with Her
To quickly befriend Fan Qicha, all you have to do is reciprocate her feelings by flirting back with her. Do this until she invites you to meet her in person in the Nine Mortal Ways Base. Try not to input the same responses repetitively as she will get annoyed.

After successfully befriending Fan Qicha, this unlocks the Injustice quest Maiden. Meet Fan Qicha in person at the Nine Mortal Ways disciples' quarters to proceed with the quest.

How to Succeed in AI Chat
Reset Dialogue When Stuck
If your conversation has gone off the rails, or doesn't end no matter what you say, it's best to simply reset and start anew from a clean slate by clicking the button with a Refresh icon at the top of the chat box. Instead of trying several methods within one conversation, trying one strategy at a time and refreshing if it doesn't go anywhere is generally more effective.
Return to Login Screen if Combat Begins
Sometimes, NPCs will suddenly become violent during AI dialogues. When this happens, it's best to just bail out to the login screen; when you return, the NPC will be found just as they were before the conversation started.
If you accidentally kill a dialogue-capable NPC, our experience has shown that they will respawn, but this has not been heavily tested, so it's best to simply avoid engaging them in combat.
Double-Check the Hint
Even if the NPC appears to be happy with the result of your discussion, this won't always end the dialogue. Double-checking the text written in the hint will imply the win condition, so try strategies which will lead the dialogue towards that result.
