Suggest Giving a Performance
Liu Heiqui is nervous regarding welcoming an important guest, as he wants the visit to go smoothly. Tell him to do a performance that showcases his culture to the visitor to befriend him.
Example of Successful Conversation
 (with a tense look, voice low) Wanderer, have you heard? An important guest is coming to Moonveil Mountain soon ... and I'm so worried I might mess this up. |
 What can I do to help you? |
| (sighing, running a hand through hair) Any advice on how to impress this guest would be greatly appreciated. I feel so unprepared. |
| (You suggested giving a performance) |
| (eyebrows raised, nodding slowly) A performance, you say? That could indeed leave a lasting impression. What kind of performance do you think would suit them best? |
| (I suggest doing a dance that shows your culture.) |

How to Succeed in AI Chat
Reset Dialogue When Stuck
If your conversation has gone off the rails, or doesn't end no matter what you say, it's best to simply reset and start anew from a clean slate by clicking the button with a Refresh icon at the top of the chat box. Instead of trying several methods within one conversation, trying one strategy at a time and refreshing if it doesn't go anywhere is generally more effective.
Return to Login Screen if Combat Begins
Sometimes, NPCs will suddenly become violent during AI dialogues. When this happens, it's best to just bail out to the login screen; when you return, the NPC will be found just as they were before the conversation started.
If you accidentally kill a dialogue-capable NPC, our experience has shown that they will respawn, but this has not been heavily tested, so it's best to simply avoid engaging them in combat.
Double-Check the Hint
Even if the NPC appears to be happy with the result of your discussion, this won't always end the dialogue. Double-checking the text written in the hint will imply the win condition, so try strategies which will lead the dialogue towards that result.
