How to Unlock The Shameless
Going to the General's Shrine in Another New Wing

You automatically trigger The Shameless when you are about to enter the General's Shrine in the main quest Another New Wing. A cutscene will play where you interact with two men.
The Shameless Walkthrough
| Step | Objectives |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Confront the two men leaving General Shrine on horseback. These are horse thieves, and you need to stop them. The quest will be completed as soon as the cut scene ends. If you take the horse from one of the men, they will attack you. |
