Collect and Submit at Least 21 Oddities
You can obtain this Mystic Skill by reaching the Music of Lingzhang V node from the Melodies of Peace NPC, which requires collecting and submitting around forty-five oddities. However, in order to use it on a certain region, you must first reach the required Exploration Level in that region to use the Wallstride and Lightness skills.
