Blind to the World is the 04 Jianghu Legacy found in Qinghe, in Where Winds Meet. The Bell Puzzle is solved by hitting the slabs above the bell in the correct order. Find out its quest objectives, the rewards, and how to unlock it here.

To unlock the quest Jianghu Legacy - 04 Blind to the World, talk to Uncle Tian in Moonveil Mountain. To track the quest, select it from the Jianghu Legacy tab of the Exploration menu and inspect it to reveal its location.

1. Speak with Uncle Tian
Speak with Uncle Tian, then dive into the lake. Use your Wind Sense to investigate the drainage at the bottom. To drain the lake, follow the chains to three contraptions with chests beside them. Resurface for air to replenish your breath meter. Then talk to Uncle Tian.
2. Solve the Blind Girl's Statue Puzzle
Go to the bottom of the drained lake with Uncle Tian and step on the large slab to trigger the Blind Girl statue's puzzle. This will cause four more slabs to appear. Solve the puzzle by stepping on the slabs in this order: north, east, south, west.
3. Explore the Passage
Enter the hidden passage. Shoot the ribbon traps with fire arrows. You will see a collapsed bridge ahead. To the left of the stairs is a chest. Take a right into a cave and dive into the water. Touching Moonlit Flowers darkens your screen, but you can see a wind current to follow.
Swim downwards to the objective marker. You can open the chests on the way, but be warned of the chest in the cavern that causes a cave in. It is suggested to have a full breath meter before going to this chest to avoid drowning. Swim out of the hole at the corner to get out.
Look for Rays of Light to Resurface for Air
The cavern has two spots for you to resurface, indicated by the ray of light beaming through the water. The first spot is found as soon as you dive into the water, while you find the second at the lowest level, to the right side of the passage leading to the exit.
4. Find a Way to Unlock the Stone Gate
At the surface, unlock the stone gate. Run up the steps to find a contraption with four large bells ahead. To get the right order, darken the screen by touching the Moonlit Flowers, then activate the contraption to get the sequence. Then shoot the slabs above the bells with your bow.
5. Give the Frost-Laced Box to Uncle Tian
Beyond the gate, you will see the Lunar Goddess. Go up the steps and take the Frost-Laced Box on the table. Then, talk to Uncle Tian near the goddess.
6. Obtain the Items and Return to the Goddess to Fulfill an Old Wish
Offer one item that the goddess desires. Take the stairs behind the table you took the Frost-Laced Box from. At the bottom, you can take the small blade on the table and the Moonlit Flower. Note that you cannot take these items before giving Uncle Tian the Frost-Laced Box.
Return to the goddess to offer the right item, which is the Moonlit Flower.
7. Leave the Goddess' Dwelling
Head back down the stairs where you found both items. Take the path behind the clothes rack and follow it until you see a crevice in the wall. Squeeze through to leave on the raft and end the quest.
How to Solve Statue Puzzle
Return to the Statue
After completing the quest, you can return to the statue in the drained lake for an additional puzzle. You can activate this puzzle by stepping on the large slab again.
If the puzzle won't activate, try manually passing the time through your menu.
How to Change Time
Step on Smaller Slabs in Order
Similar to how you solved the puzzle during the quest, you will need to step on the smaller slabs in the correct order. However, you will need to do three rounds of the puzzle this time around.

Open the Stone Cache
After solving the puzzle, one of the stone caches at the base of the statue will give off a faint glow. Open it to claim your rewards.
