Shadow Assault is a Rare Internal Art that does not belong to any Path of Martial Arts and provide more general effect. This makes them perfect complimentary Internal Arts to get for a lot of builds.
Shadow Assault Breakthrough Tier Bonuses
Tiers and Bonuses

| 1 | Increases the HP restored by ambush to 10% of the damage dealt. |
| 2 | Increases Min Physical Attack based on Solo Mode Level. |
| 3 | After a successful ambush, there is a high chance to obtain loot from the target. |
| 4 | Increases the max range of ambush to 2.5m. |
| 5 | Increases Physical DMG Bonus by 2.2%. |
| 6 | Upon a successful hit, immediately enters Stealth. This efect has a 20-second cooldown. |
Upgrading Internal Arts increases their tier, allowing them to grant additional bonuses. These range from general stat improvements to enhancements of the passive effects provided by the Internal Art.
Use Internal Art Advance Items to Upgrade
To upgrade tiers, you must first reach Solo Mode Level 4, also referred to as Level 4 Roaming. Afterward, you'll need Shadow Assault: Notes, which can be obtained through various means, most notably through the Tips Exchange.
