The A Foolproof Plan Wandering Tale is unlocked after speaking with the Wayfarer of Moonveil Mountain. After unlocking the area map, open your journal and select the Wandering Tales under the exploration tab to find the first clue.

Quest Walkthrough
| Step | Objectives |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Speak with Shu Shu'er west of Heaven's Pier. He will speak with you about Killerblade's treasure, and he will ask for one jar of Parting Tears in exchange for the treasure map. |
| 2 |  Obtain one jar of Parting Tears. Go back to Shu Shu'er and give him the jar. Instead of a map, he will give you the bounty order for Killerblade. After drinking the Parting Tears, he will escape and run away to Blissful Retreat. |
| 3 |  Travel to Blissful Retreat. On the way, just beside where the sick goose is, you will find Shu Shu'er getting beaten up. Approach the group and interfere to save him to complete the quest. |

| 2 |  Across Yuan Tiantian, go to a bench near the Bounty Board and pick up the Parting Tears beside the Annals of Geography. |
| 3 |  On the table of Yuan Tiantian's Food Stall. You can find her beside Qiu Yuehai near the waterwheel. |
| 4 |  On the box found beside the wine jars North of Heaven's Pier. |
You can find jars of Parting Tears in various locations around Heaven's Pier.
