How to Unlock Cloud Steps
Found in an Area Underneath General's Shrine

You will unlock Cloud Steps during the Echoes in the Shrine quest, which takes you into the underground area beneath General’s Shrine. The scroll for the Cloud Steps skill can be found on a corpse located just before the long stairway as part of the quest objectives.

Tier 1 Mystic Arts can be upgraded to Rank 9, after which they can be promoted to Tier 2 Rank 0. Each Tier Promotion up to Tier 4 grants a bonus effect.

Mystic Arts are upgraded to different Ranks and Tiers by using varying levels of Ebon Iron and Mystic Art Breakthrough Materials, such as Beauty's Plume.
