Approach the Attacked Caravan East of Poplar Bazaar

Plague of Wings Location
Region Jade Gate Pass, Hexi

To trigger this Injustice quest, go east of Poplar Bazaar on the western side of Jade Gate Pass. There, you'll see a merchant caravan harassed by Utuk Raptors.

To save the caravan, defeat the four Utuk Raptors gathered around the merchants.
