How to Get Phantom Rally Inner Way
Defeat Guo Xin in Whitecrown City
To get the Phantom Rally Inner Way, you must defeat Guo Xin during the Whitecrown City Campaign quest. Defeating Guo Xin will reward you with the Call of Camps: Tome, which you can use to unlock the Inner Way.

Phantom Rally is a Legendary Internal Art that strongly synergizes with the Bamboocut - Dust path of Martial Arts, further enhancing the mechanics of that playstyle.

| 2 | Increases Critical Rate based on Solo Mode Level. |
| 3 | Enemies damaged by resonance receive Phantom Chime for 5 seconds, reducint their Physical Resistance by 2, stacking up to 5 times. |
| 4 | Resonance deals 20% more damage and pulls in nearby enemies (ineffective against bosses). The pull-in effect can only trigger once every 20 seconds, and enemies can only be pulled in once every 20 seconds regardless of the source of resonance. |
| 5 | Physical Damage Bonus +2.8%. |
| 6 | Each umbrella thrown by Scarlet Spin summons a Phantom Umbrella. When a Phantom Umbrella is summoned , it immediately resonates once. |
Upgrading Internal Arts increases their tier, allowing them to grant additional bonuses. These range from general stat improvements to enhancements of the passive effects provided by the Internal Art.
Use Internal Art Advance Items to Upgrade
To upgrade tiers, you must first reach Solo Mode Level 4, also referred to as Level 4 Roaming. Afterward, you'll need Phantom Rally: Notes, which can be obtained through various means, most notably through the Tips Exchange.
