Where Winds Meet

Panacea Fan Guide and How to Unlock

Add to Watchlist

The Panacea Fan can be unlocked by stealing the art from the master in Midnight Mercy Sanctum or by joining the Midnight Mercy sect in Where Winds Meet. Check out a detailed guide on how to unlock and use the Panacea Fan, including a list of all its skills and recommended weapon combinations.

How to Unlock Panacea Fan

Steal from The Master in Midnight Mercy Sanctum

Note: Stealing from masters will require you to unlock the Touch of Death Mystic Arts in order to eliminate some guards along the way. This Mystic Art can be obtained from completing The Realm Endures Side Story.
Step Objective
1
Head to the Silver Needle Sanctum, which is located around the northeast side on the center of Qinghe.
2 Dragon Key
You will need a Dragon Key to enter, which will be consumed in order to access the hidden passage. You can obtain one through the first World Level Breakthrough challenge or by clearing certain Outposts for the first time. After obtaining one, interact with the Loong Dragon Pillar to proceed.
3
As you enter the first zone, wait for the first militaman you see to face right.
4
Cross the area then hug the wall to the left, this will let you avoid detection from the militia man that's approaching.
5
Jump to the upper left area, just on the center of the zones being patrolled by the guard to your left and the ones infront of thee door.
6
Once these two militamen face away from the door, run straight to enter the sanctum's second zone.
7
Once you enter, wait for the militaman near you to cross the wooden bridge.
8
Scout the area below you, once the militaman beneath you starts crossing to the rightern side of the ground floor, jump down then take the ladder infront of you. Head right to to find the sectmaster.
9
Steal the art then exit the dungeon by getting captured or heading down then taking the path infront of the ladder you took earlier.
10
Similar to how you snuck past this scout, hug the wall then run past him to escape his gaze then leave the dungeon.

Join the Silver Needles Sect

You can also unlock the Panacea Fan Martial Art by joining the Silver Needle Sect and fulfilling their requirements.

Silver Needles Sect

Chosen as a Reward From Qi Sheng

The Panacea Fan can also be obtained from Qi Sheng as a reward when you report your first Oddity to him. Although we do not recommend getting the weapon this way, as the Silver Needle Sanctum is accessible soon after.

How to Play Panacea Fan

Consume Dewdrops to Provide Healing

Panacea Fan manages the Dewdrop resource which lets it consume it to provide bursts or DoT healing to yourself and teammates alike. Your skills mostly consume Dewdrop except for Cloudburst Healing which provides 20 Dewdrop but can be reactivated if you have full Dewdrops to unleash a burst of healing.

Your main way of regenerating Dewdrops are by using your heavy attacks so try to continuously attack using your ranged hits to keep up your healing capabilities.

Resurrect Fallen Allies

Light Dust After Morning Rain heals the most wounded ally and yourself for 6 seconds. However, if an ally is fallen, this ability changes to Resurrection when targeting the said ally to bring them back to life. It will consume all of your Dewdrops but will rapidly regain some of it after.

However, this has a long cooldown so try to use it only on your most valuable teammate such as tankers or fellow healers when in a pinch.

Best Panacea Fan Combination

Pair With Soulshade Umbrella

Weapon Explanation
Soulshade UmbrellaSoulshade Umbrella ・ Can regain Dewdrop.
・ Can passively heal using its skill which leaves you vacant to regain Dewdrops
・ Has an easy to use damage buff that pairs well with your healer support role.

The Panacea Fan is one of the 2 main healer weapon with the other being the Soulshade Umbrella. The Soulshade Umbrella is mostly a passive weapon you quickly use to summon a passive healing effect while providing buffs which lets you focus on using the Panacea Fan to activate more healing or regain Dewdrops.
