Mystic Skills are an essential part of combat in Where Winds Meet, and to equip more of them players must unlock Mystic Skill Slots by progressing through the game. Check out the different ways to unlock Mystic Skill slots here!

Obtain Enlightenment Points From Quests

WWM - Enlightenment Points
First, players must accumulate Enlightenment Points in order to get Talent Points.

The main way to obtain Enlightenment Points is by completing either the Main Story Quest, or Side Quests that can be found Qinghe and Kaifang.

Enlightenment Points From Chests

Chest 1113
Another way is by opening chests that can be found all across the countryside. Some can be found in broad daylight, while others will be well-hidden or locked behind puzzles, environments or even main story progress.

Spend Talent Points

Talent Points
Every 1000 Enlightenment Points turns into 1 Talent Point, which can then be used to unlock upgrades, added stats and Mystic Skill Slots within the Talents tree for your character.

Unlock Prerequisite Skills

Skill Slot Total Points Required
1st Slot Automatically unlocked
2nd Slot 4 Talent Points
3rd Slot 6 Talent Points
4th Slot 9 Talent Points
5th Slot 11 Talent Points
6th Slot 13 Talent Points
7th Slot 16 Talent Points
8th Slot 19 Talent Points

Note: The Talent Points shown represent the minimum required when spending points in a straight line.

At certain points of the Talents tree, there will be nodes where Mystic Skill Slots will be available after unlocking the skill just before it. You have to purchase the prerequisite via Talent Points before being able to unlock the additional Mystic Skill Slots.
