Each guild has a maximum of 30 players who can participate during a Guild War. Having fewer players on the battlefield is possible, but it can be disadvantageous since it is possible to get matched with an opposing guild that has more players in their team.
You will need to be in a guild first before you can access the Guild Wars feature. Check our Guild Recruitment Board to find a guild that you can join!
Guild Wars observes a maximum of 30 minutes of battle duration, with an additional 5 minutes allotted for preparation.
| Region | Timezone |
|---|---|
| Canglang | 20:30 (UTC+8) |
| Yunya | 20:30 (UTC+1) |
| Yougu | 20:30 (UTC-5) |
Currently, ranked matches are only available every weekend. Time availability may vary by assigned region, as noted in the Version 1.2 patch notes.
The initial goal of the game is to retrieve the enemy tree, then bring it to the main base within the time limit. A tree is protected by its team's Goose, which needs to be slayed first. The GvG map consists of three lanes, with each containing towers that can hinder players from advancing to the enemy's base.
Once the time runs out, either of the following criteria will be considered for a team's victory: whose tree is closer to the opposing base, which team had the most remaining towers, and which had the higher remaining tower HP.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Commander | The lead of the team. Activates buffs on their teammates and is in charge of battle strategies. |
| Halftime Performer | Ideal for players who are capable of 1v1s. These members will be pulled into one-on-one duels during the match. |
While the Guild Wars are operated with a 30-player team, two major roles need to be filled: Commander and Halftime Performer. Guild Leaders and Deputy Leaders are elected as Commanders by default and will be in charge of applying buffs to everyone in the team while also planning effective strategies.
On the other hand, 4 members must fill in the Halftime Performer role. This role is suitable for members who fare well in the duels during the match, as winning one can grant the entire team extra buffs and bonuses.
