Unlocked in the Talent Tree With at Least Twelve Points
Serene Breeze can be unlocked by investing points into its respective node in the Basic section of the Talent Tree. To obtain it, you must allocate at least twelve points within the tree.

Tier 1 Mystic Arts can be upgraded to Rank 9, after which they can be promoted to Tier 2 Rank 0. Each Tier Promotion up to Tier 4 grants a bonus effect.
