How to Unlock Emerging Talent

Speak with Yan Cangfeng in Harvestfall Village

To unlock the Wandering Tale Emerging Talent, talk to Yan Cangfeng in Harvestfall Village in Qinghe. Teleport there via the Harvestfall Village Boundary Stone and talk to Yan Cangfeng by the entrance to start the Wandering Tale.

Emerging Talent Walkthrough

Step Objectives

Objective 1
Talk to Yan Cangfeng at the eastern entrance to Harvestfall Village. He will tell you that he has been waiting for someone to deliver him a box of incense ash from Bodhi Sea.

Objective 2
Teleport to the south side of Bodhi Sea via the Path of Karma Boundary Stone. Ahead, you will see a broken cart. You can use Wind Sense to easily trace the shape of the Strange Wooden Box. Take it before returning to Yan Cangfeng.

Objective 3
After giving the box to Yan Cangfeng, set the time to the Zi hour and travel to the western side of Harvestfall Village, where a large tree and a graveyard are located. There, eavesdrop on Yan Cangfeng bowing on the grass.

Objective 4
When Yan Cangfeng finally leaves, go to the spot where he was bowing and take the Secret Letter from the ground.

Objective 5
Set the time to the next day and find Yan Cangfeng seated in a hut near the general merchants of Harvestfall Village. This is to the left side of the Harvestfall Village Boundary Stone on the map. Inside, give Yan Cangfeng the Secret Letter to end the quest.
