Talk to Hao E Near the Bridge in Wansheng Town

This Injustice Quest triggers as soon as you enter Wansheng Town by crossing the bridge. Talk to Hao E on the side of the road to start the quest.
Hunger Games: Canal Version Walkthrough
1. Talk to Hao E About His Dilemma
Talk to Hao E on the side of the road near the bridge to Wansheng Town. He will lament about how his colleagues always outrun him during lunch time, sparing him no food.
2. Meet Up with Hao E
After agreeing to help Hao E, the day will immediately shift to lunch time. Meet up with Hao E standing in line with other men about to make a break for the soup.
3. Help Hao E Get the Soup
The men will then make a run for the soup. Because Hao E is slow, you need to use Meridian Touch to immobilize the men. Make them freeze in place for Hao E to successfully reach the restaurant and get the soup. This will end the quest.
Regardless of whether or not Hao E gets the soup, you will receive the same quest rewards.

Buy a Pacifying Token to Redo the Quest
You can buy a Pacifying Token for 2,000 Coins from Xiong Da in Heaven's Pier. Note that you can only buy 15 tokens in a day before it restocks. To redo the quest, find it in the Injustice Quest menu in the Compendium, then relocate it on the map to restart it with the token.
