How to Get: The Skeletal Bloom foe will appear after interacting with the chest surrounded by Rainbone Flowers slightly northwest of the Outside Whitecrown City boundary stone.

What are Foes of the Outer Realms?
Uncanny Foes Lurking in the Land
Foes of the Outer Realms are challenging foes that you can encounter during your travels. Sometimes, certain actions are needed for them to appear (i.e., opening chests or defeating a smaller enemy).
Note that once they have been revealed and you have been defeated, there is no need to trigger their appearance again. Simply return to their location to challenge them again.
