To unlock the Wandering Tale One Fate, One Meeting, eavesdrop on Wei Ruoheng. She can be found at the Xianqiao Teahouse in Fairgrounds, Kaifeng City.
One Fate, One Meeting Walkthrough
| Step | Objectives |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Talk to Pi Qiaoyun. She can be found on the bridge just in front of the East Cross Street boundary stone. You can just fast travel there to quickly get to her. |
| 2 |  Climb on the roof of The Thirteen Chambers Building and wait until the You Hour. The building is on the left side of the bridge if you're facing towards Pi Qiaoyun's direction. You can just fast forward to You Hour using the time mechanic. |
| 3 |  Talk to the NPC with ??? as its name. It will be revealed that the NPC is Zhe Yufeng. You then need to defeat him to get the Marriage Proposal. He's easy to beat, so you just treat him as any other normal enemy. |
| 4 |  Give the Marriage Proposal to Wei Ruoheng to complete the quest. |
