How to Get Medicine Entries
Collect Materials and Items While Exploring
Some Compendium records will be obtained by amassing a collection of regular items and materials (like wood, plants, and ingredients). To make sure you get these recorded, collect everything that isn't tacked down as you explore the world.
Healer Healing
Participate in Healer Healing activities to gain their respective Compendium Entries. Some sickness will require a higher level of profession, so be sure to unlock the Healer Profession and increase your rank.
Get Injured
Unlocking the Other Ailment entries require you to get the injury at least once. Some ailments need to progress more simpler ailments to be unlocked, so this is better attempted with a friend to constantly heal you and keep you from dying.
Purchase Profession Development
Purchase Profession Development from the Season Shop to gain random notes and prescriptions that is related to your profession. You will need 5 copies of the same item to unlock their compendium entry.

Purchase a Healer Giftbox
Purchase a Healer Giftbox from the Season Shop for 50 Jade Fish to get 3-4 random prescriptions. You will need to acquire 5 copies of the same prescription to unlock them in your compendium.
You have a weekly stock of 15 Giftboxes that resets every Sunday 9:00PM (UTC).

Compendium Collection Rewards
Get Echo Jade for Finding Records and Hitting Milestones
Each entry in the Compendium will have its own Echo Jade reward when discovered (ranging from 2~5 Echo Jade per record).
Additionally, each reward track will reward you with an increasing number of Echo Jade as you hit higher milestones with your accumulated Compendium Points.
