Complete the Tale of Gold Leaves - Volume I
|
To unlock the Injustice quest Peril at the Pier, you need to first complete the Tale of Gold Leaves: Volume I quest. Then, head north of the Hopewell Academy boundary stone to find Wang Huiming surrounded by thugs.

Peril at the Pier Walkthrough
| Step | Objectives |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Talk to the thugs surrounding Wang Huiming. You can choose either convincing them to leave (Gift of Gab) or defeating them in a fight (Provoke with words). |
| 2 |  If you chose the Gift of Gab option, switch your Gift of Gab Style Counter to Rebuttal since this is the better counter style against Filibuster. |
| 3 |  If you chose the Provoke option, you will need to defeat the two thugs in a fight. Be careful not to hit any passerby to not get a violation. |
| 4 |  After making them leave or defeating them, Wang Huiming will talk to you about the banquet and expresses his doubt towards Zhang's Eatery. The quest ends after your discussion. |
