Purchase Wheat Rice at Niu Mang's Food Stall
To get Wheat Rice, you need to find Niu Mang's Noodle Stall in Forsaken Quarter, which you can find on the first street north of the Ashpit.
The Wheat Rice is a Signature Dish which requires you to have an Acquaintance Affection with Niu Mang. To get to that level quickly, purchase the Home-Cooked Meal First for 50 Commerce Coins. After getting the right affection level, you can purchase the Wheat Rice for 15 Commerce Coins.
How to Unlock Where's a Way Out
Approach the Old Beggar in the West Wall of the Forsaken Quarter

To unlock the Injustice Quest Where's a Way Out, go to the city walls west of forsaken quarter and approach the Old Beggar and Little Begar in the rubble.
Where's a Way Out Walkthrough

| 1 |  Speak with the Old Beggar and agree to bring him food for his grandchild. you will need to submit Wheat Rice for this. |
| 2 |  Across Forsaken Quarter purchase the dish Wheat Rice for 15 commerce coins from Niu Mang's food stall. |
| 3 |  Go back to the Old Beggar and Give him the Wheat Rice but it will be too late. The quest will end here. |

Completing Where's a Way Out will reward you with Echo Jade and boost you with Compendium Points. Additionally, each reward track will reward you with an increasing number of Echo Jade as you hit higher milestones with your accumulated Compendium Points.
