WWM - How to Delete Character
Character deletion can only be done by deleting the account via the official launcher. Read on for a step by step guide to deleting your account, its restrictions and so much more!

How to Delete Characters

Character Deletion Is Unavailable

Currently, it is not possible to delete a character on its own without requesting an account deletion. If you want to remove a character you have already created, you are required to request a full account deletion instead.

Account Deletion Process

# How to Delete Your Account

Click on Profile Icon
Run the game using the Official Launcher. Afterwards, click the profile icon to find your log in credentials.

Click Account Deletion
Click on Account Deletion. This will redirect you to a website containing the details for this procedure.

Check the Box Agreement
Under Account Deletion, check the box regarding the agreement, then click on Next.

Click Confirm
A small pop up will require your confirmation. Click on Confirm.

Click Yes After Verifying Information
Under Verifying Account Ownership, upload a screenshot of your recent transactions using your email, then indicate your contact email on the space provided. Click on Yes when prompted regarding your submission.

Check Box Under Account Deletion
Once you land in the Account Deletion page, check the box for your agreement. Click on Submit to finalize your account deletion.

Deleting an account is only doable if you download the game through the Official Website. This feature is not available for the Steam and Epic Games launchers, as well as in the PS5.

Application for an account deletion will take approximately 30 days with a reconsideration period of 7 days. You can contact customer service should you wish to cancel the deletion.
