How to Negate Fall Damage

Use the Safe Mighty Drop

Using the Safe Mighty Drop before landing negates all fall damage and prevents you from contracting muscle illnesses. Press the Q key on the keyboard or click the Left Thumbstick on the controller while in midair to perform a Safe Mighty Drop.

You can get this Mystic Skill as a first-time reward for clearing the Mysterious Outpost in Moonveil Mountain at Qinghe.

Safe Mighty Drop Mystic Skill Effect

Unlock Body of Iron and Body of Diamond Exploration Skills

Exploration Skill Effect/How to Unlock
Body of Iron Be immune to falling damage (excluding serious injury). Can only be triggered once every 10 minutes.
Total Aspiration Attributes: 200
Coordination: 30
Body of Diamond Lowers the chance of contracting illness from high falls.
Musicality: 50
Perception: 30

The two Exploration Skills, Body of Iron and Body of Diamond, can help with negating fall damage. The former allows you to become immune to fall damage once every 10 minutes while the latter lowers the chance to contracting muscle illness when you fall from a great height.
