The Masked Troupe Clue
Available After Reaching Level Ten
The Masked Troupe clue is available as soon as you reach or go above level 10, which is the minimum level requirement to unlock sects. The clue will lead you to Fairgrounds.
How to Join The Masked Troupe

Initiation: Masked Troupe QuestComplete the Initiation: Masked Troupe Quest in Online Mode

| 1 | Talk to Han Yanluo in Fairgrounds, Kaifeng City. She can be found on a small boat west of the central temple in Fairgrounds. You can select any of the dialogue options that show to proceed. Afterwards, talk to her again and select the I'm willing to dialogue option to begin your initiation. This quest can only be completed in Online mode. |
| 2 |  Perform any music or dance. Open your emote options then go to the Talents tab and select an instrument to play or Dance Now. |
| 3 |  Play an instrument or perform a dance from your Talents and have other players Like your performance. If you're playing an instrument, you need to exit first to see if you can proceed. You can go to Petalfall Crossing to peform. |
| 4 |  Find and talk to Han Yanluo to join the sect. She can be found in the same location as in step 1. |
Complete the Beginner - Music Contest Quest

| 2 |  Go to the marked location in Crimson Cliff and present your Invitation Letter to Weeping Makeup. She can be found on a rock near a pond. |
| 3 |  Select the Come dialogue option three (3) times to complete the quest and join the sect. |
How to Leave The Masked Troupe
Betray Master and Complete the Severence Trial
| 1 |  While you are in the game with an active character, access the menu and choose Sect. |

| 2 |  On the sect menu screen, navigate to the bottom right portion and click or press the Betray Master button. |
| 3 |  You will be asked to confirm your decision to leave the sect. Press the Confirm button to proceed. |
| 4 |  As penance for leaving The Masked Troupe sect, you must undergo a Severance Trial and participate in a Perception Forest match. |
Members who leave The Masked Troupe sect must participate in a Severance Trial. During the trial, participants may join any sect of their choosing, but the trial will not conclude until one match of Perception Forest is completed.

The Ranks provided above are arranged in descending order, with the Music Director being the highest rank.
All members in The Masked Troupe are considered as Virtuosos, who are all divided into five distinct rankings. Members will receive titles named accordingly to their current ranks. Like other sects, these titles are exclusive and are lost when a member leaves.

Exclusive Cosmetic Items
Members who have risen to the rank of Standing Musician can purchase exclusive hairstyles and armor. You can keep your outfits even if you leave the sect, so if you're only interested in acquiring the cosmetics and have no plans to stay with that sect, you can leave freely.

All The Masked Troupe members can participate in weekly Sect elections. The winner gets to hold the title of Music Director for one week, until the next election begins.
Music Director Eligibility
Music Officer has the sole right to register for the next Sect elections. They will need to pay a 10,000 coin application fee to cover campaign preparation costs.
Only Music Officers can run in the next election, and current Music Directors are prohibited from participating.
Access to Ribbon and Drums Weapon
Though details are still scarce and a release window hasn’t been confirmed, the Ribbon and Drum weapons have been teased as the signature arms of the Masked Troupe.
Based on their theatrical theme, players are expecting flashy, performance-inspired combat styles, possibly blending mobility, rhythm mechanics, or team utility, but for now, they remain a stylish mystery waiting in the wings.

Accumulate 1000 Performer Popularity
Members of The Masked Troupe sect must participate in activities that generate Performer Popularity and accumulate 1000 of them weekly.
The main activity that generate Performer Popularity is recording a performance via the Spotlight Mode and publishing it in the Exhibition or Gallery.
