Tai Chi |
Type: Offensive Gathers leaves and creates ripples on water. In combat, pulls and whirls an enemy. Effective against Shield-Bearing Enemies. |
After unlocking the map, you'll encounter a bear reaching for a beehive. Observing the bear initiates the first Timing Comprehension mini-game, which rewards you with Tai Chi upon completion. |
Meridian Touch |
Type: Offensive Select Acupoints for a chance at special effects. In combat, chance to Immobilize and break Vital Points. Immobilize ineffective against mighty enemies. |
Near the starting area, beside the Stonewash Strand teleporter, you'll find Yan Qiren, an NPC frozen in stone and surrounded by dozens of statues he has carved. Approach him to initiate a quest and obtain the Meridian Touch art. |
Celestial Seize |
Type: Offensive Pulls distant objects, including those from chests or backpacks. In combat, disarms an enemy and performs a counter attack with their own weapon. Damage scales with weapon weight. |
Talk to the drinking man in Heaven's Pier to start the Foul Play Exploration Quest. Completing this quest grants you the Celestial Seize Mystic Art. |
Cloud Steps |
Type: Offensive Leap high to slam down or hold breath to jump to marked spots. In combat, stomps on an enemy's shoulders. Effective against Cavalry and other units with Unstable Poise. |
When facing the shrine building, look for loose rocks on the left side of the building. Jump and perform a landing to reveal a dropdown to the cave. Use fire arrows to clear any vines and follow the cave path until you reach the staircase with a corpse on its base. Investigate the corpse to gain the Mystic Art. |
Lion's Roar |
Type: Offensive Slam a giant bell to deal damage. Then unleash a deafening roar that hits 14 times in a large area. Gain 15% Damage Reduction and Fortitude. |
Ring the four giant copper bells in Qinghe to unlock the Lion's Roar Mystic Skill. The first one you may already have encountered is the one located in General's Shrine. Another can be found near this first location, while the remaining two are situated in the northeast and southwest sections of Qinghe. |
Leaping Toad |
Type: Offensive Flip back to knock enemies back. Then lunge at the target, deal damage and retreat. Recast twice to apply Toad Venom. The third cast becomes Golden Toad Crash, a knockdown AoE slam. |
Talk to the man jumping like a toad near the southwest exit of General's Shrine. He will ask you to observe the toad beside him. Successfully complete the Skill Theft mini-game to acquire the Leaping Toad Mystic Skill. |
Ghost Bind |
Type: Offensive Flash before enemies, immobilizing up to 6 targets and dealing damage, and breaking their Vital Points. Ineffective against powerful enemies and players. |
In one of the houses in the Forsaken Quarters, located in the southeast section of Kaifeng, a short cutscene will play in which a pebble is thrown at you. Head to the back of the house and speak to the “???” NPC through the window. Continue with the quest, and you will soon obtain the Ghost Bind Mystic Skill. |
Guardian Palm |
Type: Offensive Smites the ground, dealing AoE damage. At 3-5m height, skill upgrades to Lamp Light, unleashing a palm strike toward the ground, knocking back targets in the area. |
Find the Nightdream Monk in the northern section of Sundara Land to begin the Where a Thousand Buddhas Wept Side Story. Completing this quest will reward you with the Guardian Palm Mystic Art. |
Flaming Meteor |
Type: Offensive Charge ahead, stomping the earth to leap into the air. Hurl an exploding blazing spear towards the target. Then, crash down like a meteor for more damage. Grants 15% Damage Reduction and Super Armor during the skill. |
Interact with the drums found in Boddhi Sea in Sundara Land to fight Ye Wanshan. After defeating the boss, you will gain access to its challenge version. Perform deflects against the challenge version of the boss to fill the eye meter beside its life bar. Filling the meter completely and defeating the boss will unlock the Flaming Meteor Mystic Art. |
Talon Strike |
Type: Offensive Swipe the target to break their defense then follow up with 3 hits to deal damage. |
Cross the long hanging bridge south of the Palace of Annals to reach the lone pillar rock formation. From there, drop down from the western cliff to another ledge with a bird nest. Interact with the nest to begin a Skill Theft mini-game. Successfully time your button press as the bird dives and ascends to obtain this skill. |
Yaksha Rush |
Type: Offensive Lunch forward to break the enemy's defense and knocking them upwards. Breaking the target's defense deals a great amount of damage. |
Yaksha Rush is obtained as a reward for completing the final Jianghu Legacy quest, The Promised Light, by defeating Miaoshan. The quest appears in your journal but only unlocks after you have earned 6,000 Qinghe Exploration Points and spoken with the Wayfarer in Sundara Land. |
Free Morph |
Type: Offensive Unleashes a storm of kicks. The first hit launches the target, followed by relentless mid air strikes, then finish with a slam that deals AoE damage. |
Deflect the spinning kicks from the second phase of the Challenge Mode version of Tian Ying (Miaoshan) until the eye meter to the right of the boss life bar fills up. You must complete the compaign version of the Tian Ying boss fight first through the The Promised Light quest to unlock this challenge. |
Wolflike Frenzy |
Type: Offensive Knocks and enemy down, then rain down a rapid series of strikes, finishing with an upward swing. Effective against Cavalry and other units with Unstable Poise. |
The Wolflike Frenzy skill can be obtained by opening the chest found in a path near the entrance of the underground Ghostlight Market. Upon reaching the Ghostlight Market, face back to the entrance and you'll see a lit-up path above where you came from. Climb the cave walls to reach this area and continue down the path until your reach the chest that contains the skill. |
Soaring Spin |
Type: Offensive Channel your Qi into a roaring thrust, then do a spiraling follow-up strike. Deal damage and inflict Healing Reduction. |
A hidden chest found above a large statue inside the Martial Temple contains the Soaring Spin Scroll. Once you found a way to the temple, either through a quest or through the secret path, use Cloud Steps to reach the top of the Statue and Celestial Seize to open the chest. |
Dragon's Breath |
Type: Offensive Drink to enter Intoxicated. Breathe fire with Qi, dealing damage over 2 hits plus Ignition. Gain 15% Damage Reduction and Fortitude. |
On the first floor of the Beast Reverie found in the Fairgrounds in the southeast section of the city of Kaifeng. Talk to Kongkong and Lou Jiu to start this quest. Then, find Kongkong near the Patrol and Inspection Agency and use the Celestial Seize to get the Travelogue: Toehari quest item from him. Bring it back to Lou Jiu to complete the the quest and claim the rewards through the Exploration - Wandering Tales menu. |
Drunken Poet |
Type: Offensive Drink to enter Intoxicated. Cast repeatedly to unleash up to 5 strikes, each consuming 6 vitality and dealing damage while inflicting Drunken Haze. |
Drinking enough wine from the Honest Merchant unlocks the Drunken Poet Mystic Skill. This NPC is first located in Blissful Retreat, but later relocates to Harvestfall Village as the story progresses. Purchase and drink the wine he sells until you receive both the “Wasted” debuff and the “Alcohol Poisoning” illness. The process is random but typically requires around 8 bottles. To recover quickly, you can visit the Evercare Clinic to heal the debuff. |
Dragon Head |
Type: Offensive Gather fallen leaves, shaping them into a dragon's head, then strike enemies within range to knock them back. Grants 15% Damage Reduction and Super Armor during the skill. |
Learn 35 other Mystic Arts to unlock the Dragon Head Mystic Skill. Mystic Arts have different unlock conditions so always keep a look out on quests or other activities that reward Scrolls of Mystic Skill. |
Blinding Mist |
Type: Offensive Release poisonous mist to block enemy vision and deal damage, making them blind and unable to fight for 5s. During this time, you can use Touch of Death to subdue the target. Ineffective against mighty enemies. |
You will earn the Blinding Mist Mystic Art by completing the Blind to the World Side Story. Begin this quest by speaking to Unfated Tian near the deep lake in the east section of the Moonveil Mountain area. |
Serene Breeze |
Type: Offensive Channel Qi into your body to quickly recover when hit. Can be used while under attack or under control effects. Enemies hit have reduced Endurance recovery by 50% and deals damage for 8s. |
This Mystic Art can be unlocked by selecting its respective node in the Basic section of the Talent Tree. To obtain it, you must allocate at least twelve points within the tree. |
Golden Body |
Type: Offensive Gain a shield and additionally Qi recovery. While the Shield holds, grant Fortitude and 15% Damage Reduction. |
During the mornings, head to the northeast corner of the Grand Imperial Temple in Kaifeng. There you will find Shi Yi, a young monk, training in the temple gardens. Use the Celestial Seize skill for a high chance to obtain the Golden Body Scroll and unlock the Mystic Skill. |
Ghostly Steps |
Type: Offensive Reduces the Endurance cost of ground dodge skills by 40% and slightly increases Untargetable duration. |
The final chest in the Cloudwalk Spire Divinecraft Dungeon contains the Ghostly Steps scroll as well as other useful items and resources. You'll find the entrance to this Divinecraft Dungeon by climbing the cave walls east of the Ghostlight Market. |
Honking Havoc |
Type: Offensive Use a goose to deal damage in a wide area and inflict Breath-hold for 6s. The goose then flails and flees, dealing more damage in a small area. |
Beside the river on the path between Blissful Retreat and Heaven's Pier, you’ll find a goose bullying a bear. Approach and observe to trigger the Skill Theft mini-game. Successfully completing it rewards you with the Honking Havoc Mystic Skill. |
Glow of Fireflies |
Type: Offensive Summons a swirl of fireflies around you, casting a gentle light for 30s in the darkness. |
A Meow Meow quest can be found west of Crimson Cliffs Lake in Moonveil Mountain. Collect the Fireflies from the nearby flowers to unlock the Glow of Fireflies, which is then used to complete the Meow Meow quest. |
Veil of Stillness |
Type: Offensive Makes yourself less detectable by enemies for a short time. |
After reaching Level 8, a Skill Theft encounter unlocks southeast of Moonveil Peak. Speak to Qiu Yuehai to begin the quest, then hide behind the large boulder between him and the master to initiate the Skill Theft mini-game. Succeed to obtain the Veil of Stillness Mystic Skill. |

Star Shift is an assist feature that is unlocked by default at the start of the game and introduced during the tutorials. However, this feature can be toggled on or off by adjusting the Assist Deflection setting in the Game tab of the Options Menu. |
Still Waters |
Type: General While holding your breath, reduce the movement speed of surrounding targets by 75%. Consumes Endurance every 0.1s. |
Still Waters is a Mystic Skill that you unlock early in the game, specifically during the bow tutorial with Feng Jishen. |
Touch of Death |
Type: General Charge toward the target from behind and strike the vital point. This move can defeat weaker enemies with a single hit. |
Find the ruined fortess near the Battlecrest Slope in the Verdant Wilds to start the Echoes of Old Battles Side Story. Follow the clues to get the Warrior's Pledge deep underground and learn the Touch of Death Mystic Art. |
Wind Sense |
Type: General Highlights items or people of interest in the area. |
This Mystic Art can be unlocked by selecting its respective node in the Basic section of the Talent Tree. To obtain it, you must allocate at least two points within the tree. |

Meteor Flight |
Type: Movement A flying traversal tool. Shoot through the skies like a meteor, riding the wind with spear in hand. |
Afterglow is the fifth Jianghu Legacy, and completing it rewards you with this Mystic Skill. However, you must first reach the required Exploration Level in each region before Lightness Skills can be used there. |
Fan Glider |
Type: Movement A flying traversal tool. Glide freely through the mountains, roaming the skies with a fan in hand. |
The Fan Glider is a reward for achieving Qinghe Exploration Level 5 by obtaining 6000 Exploration Points. You can access this menu from the Journal, then selecting your Exploration Level to the right. Note that you must first reach the required Exploration Level in each region before Lightness Skills can be used there. |
Wind Rider |
Type: Movement A flying traversal tool. Ride the boundless wind and drift beyond the mortal plane. |
The Wind Rider is a reward for achieving Qinghe Exploration Level 6 by obtaining 9000 Exploration Points. You can access this menu from the Journal, then selecting your Exploration Level to the right. Note that you must first reach the required Exploration Level in each region before Lightness Skills can be used there. |
Wallstride - Swiftstride |
Type: Movement Improves wall running by allowing you to leap over walls. |
You can obtain this Mystic Skill by reaching the Music of Lingzhang V node from the Melodies of Peace NPC, which requires collecting and submitting around forty-five oddities. However, in order to use it on a certain region, you must first reach the required Exploration Level in that region to use the Wallstride and Lightness skills. |
Wallstride - Shadowdash |
Type: Movement Improves maneuverability while running and allows running on water. |
You can obtain this Mystic Skill by reaching the “Music of Laiyi II” node from the Melodies of Peace NPC, which requires collecting and submitting around twenty-one oddities. Threefold Skywalk |

Safe Mighty Drop |
Type: Movement Interrupts your aerial movement with a rapid landing. Immune to Disease and Fall damage upon landing. |
Safe Mighty Drop is a first-time reward for clearing the Mysterious Outpost in the western section of Moonveil Mountain. |
Abyss Dive |
Type: Movement Allows diving and underwater swimming in deep waters. |
Abyss Dive is one of the fundamental traversing skills and is unlocked by default. You can only access Abyss Dive in deep waters. |
Mystic Skills are upgraded to different Ranks and Tiers by using varying levels of Ebon Iron and other Mystic Skill Breakthrough Materials.
Tier 1 Mystic Skills can be upgraded to Rank 9, after which they can be promoted to Tier 2 Rank 0. These can be further upgraded up to Tier 4 Rank 9.

Some Mystic Skills function as tools in non-combat scenarios, providing utility, stealth, or mobility during exploration, stealth missions, and various the various situations you'll find yourself while questing.
Most Mystic Skills are active skills used in combat scenarios, each with varying effects. Beyond dealing damage, some grant buffs, inflict debuffs, deal area damage, or heal you and your allies.
These skills are not tied to the weapon you choose. This means you can mix and match different Weapons and Mystic Skills to create a unique skill loadout.
