How to Unlock Strategic Sword
Steal from The Master in Strategic Sword Sanctum
| Note: Stealing from masters will require you to unlock the Touch of Death Mystic Arts in order to eliminate some guards along the way. This Mystic Art can be obtained from completing The Realm Endures side story. |
| Step | Objective |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Begin by heading to the Strategic Sword Sanctum, which is located south of the Qinghe Region. If you have visited this area before, you can use the Back Mountain Teleporter to get there. |
| 2 |  The entrance will be found on the lower part of the region and will need a Dragon Key to enter, which will be consumed in order to access the hidden passage. Interact with the Loong Herm Dragon Pillar to proceed. |
| 3 |  The first chest is located in the first area, where there are two patrolling militiamen nearby. Wait for them to pass before assassinating them and accessing the chest. Use the stacks of as cover to prevent being seen by the other guards. |
| 4 |  Once you have opened the first chest, you can see the second chest in the distance to your left. Assassinate the two Militiamen who have a line of sight on the chest one at a time, waiting until they are not looking. |
| 5 |  After opening both chests, you need to reach the eastern side of the room. Assassinate the Militiamen along the way and head up the ramp to reach the objective area. Once you are on the second floor, look back, and you will see a ledge leading to the blue circle where you can use Skill Theft to obtain the Strategic Sword Martial Art. |

Strategic Sword Special Skills

| Inner Balance Strike III |
Consume Endurance to evade backward, creating distance, then strike enemies in your original location multiple times. |
Special Skills can be unlocked by unlocking the seventh node on the talent tree. Once unlocked, you'll be able to use the martial art's heavy attacks.
Strategic Sword Martial Skills
| Martial Art | Description |

| Inner Track Slash |
Dash to an enemy and perform a quick slash, dealing light damage and applying Bleed. |
The Martial Skill is the default skill you can use for your chosen martial art. There are no other prerequisites to unlocking the Martial Skills and can be used immediately after starting the game.
Strategic Sword Light Attacks

| Sword - Light Attack |
Perform up to four light attacks with a Longsword. |
Light attacks are part of the default moves you get to use at the start of the game.
Strategic Sword Heavy Attacks
| Martial Art | Description |
|---|---|
| Second Track Slash |
Charged Skill Consume Endurance to charge up and dash forward rapidly, dealing massive damage to enemies along the path. While dashing, you become invisible and immune to damage, applying Bleed with each hit. |
| Sword - Heavy Attack |
Perform up to three heavy attacks with a Longsword. |
Charged skills and heavy attacks can be unlocked by unlocking the third node on the talent tree. Once unlocked, you'll be able to use the martial art's heavy attacks.

Strategic Sword Basic Martial Art

Slash diagonally with the sword while airborne. |

Dash swiftly to the target and strike. |
| Sword - Defense |
Block Attacks with your sword held horizontally. |
| Sword - Dodge |
Dash a short distance in a short time. |
| Sword - Execution |
Deal heavy HP damage to exhausted targets. |
| Sword - Jump Strike |
Plunge the sword into the ground while airborne. |
| Sword - Recovery |
Quickly get up when knocked down. |
| Sword Jump | Use the Lightness Skill to leap |

Stack Bleed and DoT
The Strategic Sword's main gimmick is by stacking up DoT against enemies. Its Second Track Slash and Inner Track Slash both lets you stack bleed and begin ramping up DoT against enemies.
Consume Bleed With Inner Balance Strike
Once an enemy has 5 or more bleed stacks, you can consume it with Inner Balance Strike. This will remove the Bleed stacks from the enemy and deal huge burst which will complete the weapon's bleed stacking combo rotation.

The Heavenquaker Spear is what completes the Strategic Sword's gameplay of bleed stacking and consumption. It can quickly ramp up bleed and switching between the two weapons is key to truly maximize both weapons from the Bellstrike - Umbra tree.
