How to Befriend Chai Shipi
Recommend a Top Quality Buyer
Befriending Chai Shipi shouldn't be difficult as you only need to praise his firewood and recommend to him a buyer that will secure his family's income.
You can also tell him to take his wood to Heaven's Pier to the west and that the pier is a small village with taverns and workshops. If he asks how far is Heaven's Pier, tell him an approximate amount of time (30 minutes or so).

 (wiping sweat from his brow, voice heavy with frustration) Sigh ... no matter how hard I chop wood, it's all for nothing. There's no one to buy my firewood ... |

Note that AI conversations can be unpredictable and even with the same inputs, the same result is not necessarily guaranteed.
How to Succeed in AI Chat
Reset Dialogue When Stuck
If your conversation has gone off the rails, or doesn't end no matter what you say, it's best to simply reset and start anew from a clean slate by clicking the button with a Refresh icon at the top of the chat box. Instead of trying several methods within one conversation, trying one strategy at a time and refreshing if it doesn't go anywhere is generally more effective.
Return to Login Screen if Combat Begins
Sometimes, NPCs will suddenly become violent during AI dialogues. When this happens, it's best to just bail out to the login screen; when you return, the NPC will be found just as they were before the conversation started.
If you accidentally kill a dialogue-capable NPC, our experience has shown that they will respawn, but this has not been heavily tested, so it's best to simply avoid engaging them in combat.
Double-Check the Hint
Even if the NPC appears to be happy with the result of your discussion, this won't always end the dialogue. Double-checking the text written in the hint will imply the win condition, so try strategies which will lead the dialogue towards that result.

Anonymous 10 daysYou can just ask him if he has taken wood to heavens pier to the west. tell him that its a small village with taverns and workshops. Then when he asks how far, tell him like 30 minutes. and it was 100%
