Clash of Geese is a Wandering Tales side quest you can find in Blissful Retreat and in its Dreamscape version in Where Winds Meet. See this guide to find out how to drive the goose away to help Liu Xiaoguai.

How to Unlock Clash of Geese
Speak with Liu Xiaoguai Near Sweetwine Tower

To unlock the Wandering Tale Clash of Geese, go to Blissful Retreat and run to the left side of Sweetwine Tower. You will see a girl, Liu Xiaoguai, in front of a white goose. Talk to her to start the quest.
Find Liu Xiaoguai in Dreamscape: Blissful Retreat
The quest is still available even after Blissful Retreat is destroyed at the end of Chapter 1: Heaven Has No Pier. To access Dreamscape: Blissful Retreat, you need to first complete the Worldly Affairs quest Dream in Flames.
In the Dreamscape, you can find Liu Xiaoguai and the goose near the river to the right of Sweetwine Tower on the map.
Open the World Map to Access the Dreamscape
To access Dreamscape: Blissful Retreat, open the world map and press the icon on the bottom left corner of the screen to switch areas. There, select the Dreamscape from the list and teleport there via its Boundary Stone.

Blissful Retreat Version
1. Talk to Liu Xiaoguai
Talk to Liu Xiaoguai about her problem with the goose. Apparently, the goose is in possession of something her father left for her.
2. Find Something to Drive the Goose Away
To drive the goose away, you have two options: find a Fire Striker or Song Jiu's Stinky Socks. Both of these items are found in Blissful Retreat.
Get the Fire Striker in Aunt Han's Room
The Fire Striker is in Aunt Han's room, in the house southwest of the Blissful Retreat Boundary Stone. Take it from a table. There is also a Mysterious Letter on the table that is necessary to complete the Wandering Tale of the same name.
Get Song Jiu's Stinky Socks from the Pot
Song Jiu's Stinky Socks are closer to the Blissful Retreat Boundary Stone, slightly southwest. In an area with bamboo stalks, take the socks from a potted tree in front of a house.
3. Drive the Goose Away
Go back to Liu Xiaoguai and interact with the goose to scare it with whichever item you found; the goose will flee either way. Talk to Liu Xiaoguai to give her Xiaoguai's Wooden Plate, ending the quest.
Dreamscape: Blissful Retreat Version
1. Talk to Liu Xiaoguai in the Dreamscape
After completing the Worldly Affairs quest Dream in Flames, talk to Liu Xiaoguai who is arguing with a goose by the river.
2. Find Something to Drive the Goose Away
To drive the goose away, find a Fire Striker or Song Jiu's Stinky Socks. The locations of these items are slightly different from their places in Blissful Retreat before it was destroyed.
Get the Fire Striker
The Fire Striker is in a house on the northernmost side of the Dreamscape. Take it from a table.
Get Song Jiu's Stinky Socks
Song Jiu's Stinky Socks are found on the western side of the Dreamscape, near Li Peiran's Madiao Cards challenge. Like in Blissful Retreat, the socks are in a pot with a tree growing from it.
3. Drive the Goose Away
Go back to Liu Xiaoguai and interact with the goose to scare it off with either item you found. After it leaves, talk to Liu Xiaoguai to return her father's Wooden Plate.
