How to Unlock Mounts

Progress the Main Story Until General's Shrine

Horse Thieves at General

To unlock mounts, progress the main story quest up until the General's Shrine. Once you get within the vicinity, you will find a couple of horse thieves going their way. Defeat them and claim a horse for yourself.

Story Walkthrough and List of Chapters

Press 6 or Touchpad + Square to Summon Horse

Summon Horse Option

To summon your Mount, press 6 on the keyboard or the Touchpad + Square buttons for the PS5 controller. Your horse will come running to your side once you summon them.
