You can recycle your old gear for Gold Coins in Where Winds Meet. See how to recycle your gear, how to add old gear in the Arsenal, and all ways to do with old weapons and armor in this guide.

Add Old Gear in the Arsenal

Arsenal

Once you reach Level 51, you unlock the ability to place old gear in the Arsenal. The gear that you place in the Arsenal provides minor Attribute bonuses depeding on the Arsenal Path.

You can choose and change the Arsenal Path based on the build you are following. For example, if you are using the Strategic Sword and Heavenquaker Spear Build, choose the Bellstrike Arsenal Path to gain bonuses to match that build.

Recycle Them For Gold Coins

You can recycle your old gears in exchange for Gold Coins, which you can then use to enhance your current weapons and armors. Fortunately, the game doesn't let you hoard and overload your bag, so it's inevitable that you have to let go some of them for some cash!

Keep in mind that recycling your gears renders the selected items unretrievable, so make sure to only do this on items that are completely unusable to you!

Open the in-game menu and select your Bag. Alternatively, simple press "B" to open the bag interface.

Go to the Gear menu, and select Recycling. You can also press "X" to quickly access the interface.

Once the Recycling interface has popped up, select all the gears you want to dismantle. Your currently equipped weapons, armors, and accessories will not appear on the roster, so feel free to recycle all the gears you want!

Batch Dismantling Doesn't Let You Confirm

While batch recycling is the most efficient way to free up space in your bag, the game won't ask for confirmation if you want to recycle your selected gears. However, recycling your items one at a time allows you to decide whether or not you want to proceed dismantling them!

Repair Them For the Set Effect

Repair Them For the Set Effect

Alternatively, you can repair your old gears if you want to retain them to obtain their set effect. And while this may not be the most combat-efficient way to bolster your combat mastery, these set effects directly affect your combat, so making sure that you utilize them properly is just as good as equipping your gear with the highest combat stats!
