Defeat Puppeteer - Sheng Wu

 It is said that someone has heard the singing of Ji Nan puppetry in the Northern Vow Ruins of Verdant Wilds, and there are rumors that the puppetry performers set up a puppetry stage at The Floral Expanse Beyond in Sundara Land, but it is not clear whether it is true or not. |

 Defeating Sheng Wu will grant the Exquisite Sorcery Inner Way. Go to Battlecrest Slope and stand near the hooded enemy with a Mo Blade. This triggers the cutscene for the Sheng Wu fight. |
Reach the small island to the north of the Northen Vow Ruins boundary stone and stand near the wandering monk in the area to start the fight with Sheng Wu. Defeating Sheng Wu will immediately reward the Exquisite Scenery Inner Way.

This effect can only trigger once every 10 seconds. Hitting a target with a Varied Combo restores 1 bar of Battle Will (no more than 1 bar restored per cast). | |

| 1 | Successfully defending with Thundercry Blade has a 20% chance to restore 1 bonus bar of Battle Will. |
| 2 | Increases Critical Rate based on Solo Mode Level. |
| 3 | Increases the power of Charged Heavy Attack without charging from the first stage to third stage (you may follow up with Varied Combo). |
| 4 | Reduces the trigger interval of the special Defensive Riposte after successful defense by 50% (to 5 seconds). |
| 5 | Increases Critical DMG Bonus by 4.4%. |
| 6 | When casting the third stage of Thundercry Blade's Charged Heavy Attack and its Varied Combos, if there is enough Battle Will, you can consume 1 bar of Battle Will to increase damage by 25% (up to 50% increase with 2 bars of Battle Will consumed). |
Upgrading Internal Arts increases their tier, allowing them to grant additional bonuses. These range from general stat improvements to enhancements of the passive effects provided by the Internal Art.
Use Internal Art Advance Items to Upgrade
To upgrade tiers, you must first reach Solo Mode Level 4, also referred to as Level 4 Roaming. Afterward, you'll need Exquisite Scenery: Notes, which can be obtained through various means, most notably through the Tips Exchange.
