How to Get Harmonic Core
Small Chance to Obtained Through the Draw System
Harmonic Cores are one of the possible Legendary items you can acquire when pulling from the Premium Banners in the Draw System. The rate of obtaining a Harmonic Core from the Premium Banner, including the pity system, is 0.747%.
While the overall rate for pulling a Legendary item is low (~0.83% including pity), the Harmonic Core is the most common Legendary item you can obtain (~90% of the legendary pool).
A guaranteed Legendary item is awarded after 150 pulls, which will most likely be a Harmonic Core or one of the featured items in the Premium Banner.

Can be Exchanged From Sound Jades and Vice Versa
Each Harmonic Core can be exchanged for 5 Sound Jades in the default Draw Shop, allowing you to trade them for other premium items valued below a Harmonic Core. Conversely, 5 Sound Jades can be exchanged back into a Harmonic Core in the Echo Draw Shop.
How to Use Harmonic Cores
Exchange for Items in the Draw Shop
Harmonic Cores can be exchanged for featured Legendary Characters, Weapons, and Skill Cosmetics in the Premium Banner via the Draw Shop. To access the Draw Shop, open the Draw menu and select the shop icon located on the right.
