Charizard	Flamethrower • Movement speed buff increased.
	Fire Blast • Cooldown reduced from 8s to 7s.
	Fire Punch • Target(s) affected by the burn adjusted. • Cooldown reduction from hitting enemies adjusted.
	Seismic Slam • Reworked. Now casts Seismic Slam first before taking flight. Charizard heals from damage dealt during flight. • Unite gauge charge rate decreased. • Fixed a bug affecting the possible timing for ending this move.

Venusaur

Pokemon	Changes
Venusaur	Giga Drain • Damage Reduction increased.
Venusaur	Petal Dance • Damage dealt to enemy pokemon increased from 2256 to 2784 (+21%). • Cooldown reduced from 11s to 9s. • Movement Speed Buff increased.

Cinderace

Pokemon	Changes
Cinderace	Pyro Ball • Damage increased from 1563 to 2003 (+24.67%). • Cooldown reduced from 7s to 5s.
	Flame Charge • Cooldown reduced from 6s to 5s.
	Blazing Bicycle Kick • Fixed bug that occured when the move fails to activate.
	Blaze • Ability effect timing adjusted.

Talonflame

Pokemon	Changes
Talonflame	Fly • Cooldown reduced from 11s to 9s. • Movement Speed buff while airborne increased.
	Flame Sweep • Unite Gauge charge rate increased.
	Stat Buff • Attack Increased.

Garchomp

Pokemon	Changes
Garchomp	Stat Buff • Def and Sp. Defense increased.
Garchomp	Rough Skin • Adjusted the time between instances of this Ability's effect triggering.

Tweaks

Absol

Pokemon	Changes
Absol	Night Slash • Cooldown reduced from 5s to 4s (recast timer still at 5s). • Second slash hitbox nerfed.
Absol	Sucker Punch • Cooldown reduced from 7s to 5s. • Duration of unstoppable condition while move is in use increased.

Zeraora

Pokemon	Changes
Zeraora	Slash • Number of hits decreased. • Damage increased from 972 to 1008 (+3.4%).
	Spark • Lengthened the time allowed between uses to make the move easier to use. • The number of attacks in the Wild Charge combo will now increase even if the player performs a basic attack while using Spark.
	Wild Charge • Cooldown reduced from 12s to 8s. • Damage reduction while in Wild Charge effect increased.

Lucario

Pokemon	Changes
Lucario	Power-Up Punch • Damage decreased from 1489 to 1324 (-11.71%).
	Close Combat • Damage increased from 1528 to 2553 (+50.2%). • Number of Attacks increased.
	Close Combat + • Fixed a bug affecting this move's damage.

Alolan Ninetales

Alolan Ninetales	Blizzard • Hitting a wall now generates a blizzard that deals 227 damage per tick (1135 total damage).
	Snow Globe • Fixed an issue where damage was not increased on frozen targets due to an allies' move.
	Snow Warning • Bug Fixes.

Eldegoss

Eldegoss	Cotton Guard • Fixed a bug affecting the HP recovery when the move ends.
Eldegoss	Leaf Tornado • Improved the move's effects and adjusted the move to match the feel of the controls.

Blastoise	Rapid Spin • Fixed a bug causing attacks performed while spinning to decrease the movement speed of opposing Pokemon. • Fixed a bug allowing the user to use either Hydro Pump or Water Spout at the same time as basic attacks while spinning.

Greninja	Torrent • Attack boost reduced.
	Smokescreen • Fixed a bug causing Smokescreen+ effect to trigger even before the move is upgraded.
	Double Team • Improved the movement of the illusory copies.
	Water Shuriken • Fixed a bug affecting the decrease to opposing Pokemon's movement speed.
	Waterburst Shuriken • Adjusted the move to allow it to trigger more quickly.
	Stat Nerf • Attack and Max HP decreased.

Wigglytuff

Wigglytuff	Pound • Damage reduced from 936 to 704 (-28.3%).
	Dazzling Gleam • damage reduced from 2191 to 1839 (-17.47%).
	Sing • Fixed issue where the Pokemon put to sleep would not wake up after being hit with an attack.
	Cute Charm • Passive activation interval adjusted.
	Stat Nerf • Max-level Sp. Attack decreased.

	Gatling Gulp Missile • Damage dealt decreased from 2335 to 1188 (-49.1%).

Y'all should mention that CPU Matches are absolutely broken now, the bots hit harder than most people in master rank class like wtf. The Bots are extremely overpowered
