	Starlight Recital • Recharge rate increased. Standing recharge from 0% to 100% is reduced from 134s to 92s. (-42s)

Mew	Agility • Fixed an issue that prevented it from passing through walls that it could pass through.

Mr. Mime	Psychic • Damage decreased from 1529 (Pulse: 239 x3, Explosion: 812) to 1084 (Pulse: 168 x3, Explosion: 580). (-29%)
	Power Swap • Damage per tick decreased from 160 to 118. (-26%) • Movement speed slow decreased.
	Power Swap + • Fixed a bug where Confusion's effect was not triggering.
