What Are Held Items?

Held Items

Held Items are items that you can equip to your Pokemon that will give them passive buffs throughout the match. This means they cannot be actively used, but they only give effects that raise stats or give special effects during certain conditions.

You can have up to three Held Item slots, meaning you can have three active items at once.

These items can be upgraded to enhance their effect using Item Enhancers.
