Hit Multiple Targets

Try to hit as many targets as you can within the move's area of effect, maximizing its damage and utility, especially when initiating fights. You should utilize the speed bonus you get from using the move and burst targets down before the effects expire.

Use as a Last Resort

As much as possible, try to save Waterburst Shuriken for teamfights or taking objectives. However, if using it means winning the fight and surviving, then don't hesitate to cast it as a last resort.
