Clefable	Moonlight • Healing increased by 15%.
Clefable	Gravity • Time to immobilize the opponent's Pokemon increased from 0.5s to 1s. (+0.5s)

Dragapult

Pokemon	Changes
Dragapult	Shadow Ball • Damage increased by 12%.
Dragapult	Shadow Ball + • Damage increased by 12%.

Hoopa

Pokemon	Changes
Hoopa	Phantom Force • Now targets a location instead of a target Pokémon’s location.
	Hyperspace Hole • Cooldown before ally Pokémon can return to the warp location reduced from 15s to 10s. (-5s) • Cooldown before Hoopa and ally Pokémon start recovering HP when returning to base decreased from 0.5s to 0s. (-0.5s)
	Rings Unbound • Cooldown reduced by 15%.

Pokemon Nerfs

Mr. Mime

Pokemon	Changes
Mr. Mime	Confusion • Damage reduced by 15% (Additional damage when hitting an opponent against a wall remains the same).
	Power Swap • Movement speed buff when linked reduced from 15% to 8%. (-7%) • Healing when linked reduced by 15%.
	Showtime! • Damage reduced by 10%.

Sableye

Pokemon	Changes
Sableye	Shadow Sneak • Time to stealth after using a move increased from 0.75s to 1.5s. (+0.75s) • Can no longer enter stealth if Sabeleye is incapacitated before entering stealth.

Scizor

Pokemon	Changes
Scizor	Swords Dance • Cooldown increased from 6s to 7s. (+1s) • Attack stat boost decreased from 15% to 12%. (-3%)
	Dual Wingbeat • Cooldown increased from 5s to 6s. (+1s)
	Green Illusion Dive • First attack range reduced by about 30%. • Second dash range reduced by about 20%.

Urshifu

Pokemon	Changes
Urshifu	Wicked Blow • Damage reduction while charging decreased from 30% to 20%. (-10%)
	Wicked Blow + • Damage reduction while charging decreased from 60% to 40%. (-20%)
	Ebon Fist • Damage reduced by 25%. • When no direction is designated, deals damage to and throws only the target.
	Standard Attack (Rapid Strike Style) • Boosted Attack cooldown reduction effect increased from 1.5s to 2s. (-0.5s)
	Surging Strikes • Cooldown reduced from 13s to 11s. (-2s)
	Flowing Fists • Hits required to increase the number of attacks for the second activation reduced from 3 to 2. (-1 hit)
